Binance to pay dividends on IBM, Apple, Corning, Lilly bStocks
Binance will reinvest dividends for IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB and LLYB holders at Nov. 10–13 snapshots; deposits, withdrawals and conversion pause during payout.

Binance announced on Nov. 6 that it will distribute cash dividends on its tokenized stocks bStocks IBMB (IBM), AAPLB (Apple), GLWB (Corning) and LLYB (Eli Lilly). Holders at the snapshots on Nov. 10, 12 and 13 (00:00 UTC, or 7:00 PM ET the evening before) will be eligible.
Details
The payout is in tokens, not cash: the net dividend after withholding tax, fees and other deductions is reinvested into additional units or fractions of the same security. Holders receive it as IBMB, AAPLB, GLWB and LLYB respectively, while on-chain holders get it through a multiplier adjustment. Dividends earned on assets held in other accounts, such as Savings or Margin, are credited to the Spot account. The announcement does not give per-share amounts and points users to the companies' own notices.
Schedule per the Binance announcement:
- IBMB: deposits, withdrawals and 1:1 swaps with IBM stock pause at 6:30 PM ET on Nov. 9; snapshot at 7:00 PM ET on Nov. 9.
- AAPLB: pause at 6:30 PM ET on Nov. 11; snapshot at 7:00 PM ET on Nov. 11.
- GLWB and LLYB: pause at 6:30 PM ET on Nov. 12; snapshot at 7:00 PM ET on Nov. 12.
Spot trading of the four USDT pairs continues. Binance Convert pauses at the same times. Deposits, withdrawals and swaps resume once distribution is complete, with no further announcement.
What it means for the market
bStocks are issued by Binance affiliate BTech Holding Limited under an ADGM prospectus. They are certificates representing financial instruments, not direct share ownership, and Binance says they are not offered in the US or to US persons. Dividend pass-through brings the tokens closer to the behavior of the underlying shares, and holders who need tokens off the exchange should move them before the pause.
